Year end operation

This operation allows you to make a cut over to the new financial year, with only the relevant transactions. A new file will be created which represents the book for the year. This does not mean you no longer have access to the transactions or reports of the previous year. You can simply open the books for the two years side by side to make comparison, or to copy/move transactions from one book to another using either cut/copy/paste or drag and drop. You have to have admin privileges to perform this function. See the password section for instructions on how to password protect and gain admin privilege for your book file.
